Penguinbear = New Penguindrum Manga by Isuzu Shibata?

Today, at In the Rose Garden, I've chanced upon a post mentioning an update on the Penguinbear website.  While information is still scarce, it seems like there is going to be a new Penguindrum manga by artist Isuzu Shibata.

2013 Utena / Penguindrum Fanfic – Seinen Kakumei Utena, Part Twelve

Seinen Kakumei Utena (it's Seinen, NOT Josei), crossing with Penguindrum starting Part 2
Rating: T for mature and sensitive subject matters.
Timeline: 10 years post Revolution, a few weeks post Fate Train Transfer
